If effects our aspirations, confidence levels, how well we perform in exams, behaviour, our ability to communicate etc. If we are governed by fear, doubts, low self esteem, this effects our ability to fulfill our potential and to have better chances and experiences in life.

Do you think that being healthy is limited to what we eat and the exercise we take ?

Being healthy is about having healthy emotions too in mind and body. They all effect one another. When we feel good within ourselves we naturally want to share, develop, grow and help others. If we are not emotionally healthy we may want to avoid social interaction and be more prone to being bullied, experience depression and mental illness etc. in later life.

Do you agree that being able to manage our emotions is one of the most important life skills?

Things happen in life and children do not have the coping strategies that adults have to deal with theses emotions. Our emotions are responsible for driving our behaviour. Through life we experience disappointments, fears, hurts, stress etc. but if we have not been taught how to work with calming these emotions then it can create problems through to adulthood.
